Despite the whole personal trainer thing, Kendall says she struggles to find time to work her abs like everyone else.BRB, downloading right now.
It’s no secret that Kendall Jenner has an amazing body. But, as she points out in a new post on her website and app, she works hard to stay in top shape—especially when it comes to her abs.
"My abs are my favorite thing to work out,” she says. “I love it when my trainer, Gunnar Peterson, kills my abs. The next day, it hurts to even laugh. That's how I know I'm doing the exercises right!"
Despite the whole personal trainer thing, Kendall says she struggles to find time to work her abs like everyone else. That’s why she recommends this trick: "Sometimes when I'm watching TV, I think to myself, 'I should be doing crunches and sit-ups right now.' Then I get off the couch and do it," she says.
If you don’t have the budget for hiring a personal trainer and like to give your abs a break during TV time (no judgment), Kendall recommends trying out an app called Instant Abs Trainer, which she says helps her stay motivated.
The app is free and offers up more than 100 ab exercises and workouts. It also comes with videos, so you can actually see someone demonstrate the moves you’re supposed to be doing.
According to a spokesperson for Zumio, which owns the app, downloads have quadrupled in the wake of Kendall's recommendation.
The app gets great ratings and Kendall looks like, well, Kendall, so clearly it’s worth looking into.

Khloe Kardashian and her revenge body squad would be proud of this Texas mom who was inspired to lose 103 pounds after discovering her husband was cheating on her, according to a report in The Daily Mail.
Not long after giving birth to her daughter in 2013, Betsy Ayala, 34, a marketing manager from Houston, discovered that her husband had started hooking up with one of her coworkers. To make matters worse, she discovered the affair via messages between her co-worker and her husband in which the two called Ayala a "fat f—k," among other things.
"I found out through some messages I read on his Facebook where they were calling me a cow...and just trashing me, and my whole world fell apart," Ayala, who weighed 262 pounds at the time, told The Daily Mail. "He would always tell me I looked fine or would try to get me eat junk all the time, which is why I was so devastated when I read those messages because it was almost like he enabled me or wanted me to stay that way."
But Ayala vowed not to let the infidelity destroy her. "I decided that this wouldn’t define me and I was going to change for me and for my daughter," she said.
So she started doing Zumba with her sister three days a week, then progressed to running and weight lifting at the gym six times a week, as well as eating a high-protein diet. Now she’s down to 159 pounds and looks awesome.
"I’m happier, I’m confident, and most of all, I’m positive," she said to The Daily Mail.
Istanbul prosecutors issued an arrest warrant for Gulen as well as a prominent former prosecutor and three journalists in its probe.Turkish prosecutors on Tuesday formally linked the alleged mastermind of the failed July 15 coup attempt, Fethullah Gulen, to the 2007 killing of the Turkish-Armenian journalist Hrant Dink that shook the country.
Istanbul prosecutors issued an arrest warrant for Gulen as well as a prominent former prosecutor and three journalists in its probe into the murder.
Gulen, an Islamic preacher residing in exile in the US state of Pennsylvania, is already the subject of multiple arrest warrants related to last year's failed coup which the government has accused him of leading. He denies the charges.
Numerous reports speculated over a possible link between Gulen and the Dink killing after the coup but this is the first time that prosecutors have made a formal connection.
According to the request by prosecutors, the murder of Dink went ahead because of Gulen's influence on the security forces at the time.
Along with Gulen, the warrant targets the former prosecutor Zekeriya Oz who was behind a graft probe of those in the inner circle of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Authorities blamed the probe on Gulen.
Also wanted are journalists Faruk Mercan, Ekrem Dumanli and Adem Yavuz Arslan who wrote for publications sympathetic to Gulen and are now believed to be out of the country.
Dink, a member of Turkey's Armenian minority, was murdered by a teenage gunman on January 19, 2007, near the offices of the Agos newspaper which he founded.
Relations between Turks and Armenians are scarred by the mass killings of the Ottoman Empire's Armenians in Anatolia during the peak of World War I, which Yerevan sees as a genocide, a term Turkey fiercely rejects.
Dink promoted reconciliation between Armenians and Turks, a prospect that remains far off due to the dispute over the 1915 killings and a series of other rows.
Although his assassin, just 17 at the time, was rapidly arrested and sentenced, the trial into the killing still grinds on with Dink's supporters losing confidence on its ability to shed light on the plot.
Turkey meanwhile is strongly pressing for the extradition of Gulen to face trial over his alleged involvement in the coup.
In the latest contact, Turkish Justice Minister Bekir Bozdag spoke to his US counterpart Jeff Sessions on Tuesday and asked for Gulen's temporary detention, Turkish media said.
Manchester United are keeping tabs on Jordi Alba as doubts over Luke Shaw’s long-term future continue, the Manchester Evening News reports.
The left-back is said to be unhappy with life under Luis Enrique but with the current Barcelona coach leaving in the summer, he is expected to wait until the new manager is chosen before committing to a decision.
Alba is under contract at Nou Camp until 2020.
Jordi Alba is currently with Spain’s national team for the international break and appeared to aim a dig at Luis Enrique over his lack of playing time at Barca.
‘I’m not having minutes at Barcelona like I would like, and to come to the national team having the confidence of the manager Julen Lopetegui gives me strength,’ he said.
‘In the national team, I do what I do with Barca, but it’s true, I do it with something extra because I notice the 100% confidence the coaching staff has in me.’

“Borussia Dortmund Are Way Ahead Of Liverpool But Jurgen Klopp Can Revive Them” – Hans-Joachim Watzke
Borussia Dortmund chief executive officer Hans-Joachim Watzke has said he believes his club are “way ahead” of Liverpool in terms of what they are doing on the pitch.
Liverpool appointed former Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp as manager in October 2015, with Watzke adamant that he is the right man to bring consistent success back to Anfield.
He told SportBild: “We are way ahead in sporting terms right now. It’s not for nothing that we are seventh in the UEFA ranking.
“But I have no doubt that Jurgen Klopp can lead Liverpool to its old strength if he’s allowed to work calmly.”
In the summer, Liverpool made an approach for BVB’s Christian Pulisic, while Klopp met Ousmane Dembele for talks about a move before he eventually opted to switch to Dortmund.
And Watzke said clubs could forget about signing Dortmund’s young stars, adding: “Those who have tried soon realised it’s a waste of time.”
