Didiserv has simplified the accounting system by taking it to the next level: Cloud Accounting. Celebrating three years in operation the leadership consists of professionals with strong accounting, audit, consulting, and taxation skills.
Cloud Accounting allows the client to check in from anywhere in the world and gets them on the same page as their accountant in an instant.
Siphethuxolo Didiza, a member of SAIBA and a Business Accountant in Practice or BAP(SA), spearheads the team and offers strategic insight, counsel, and client liaison perspectives in most of the group’s key assignments and maintains impeccable governance standards within the firm.
“We handle all your bookkeeping, accounting, and compliance needs so that you can focus on what matters most: actually running your business. With our partners in leading technologies, we can access your data, update records and finalise management accounts in a heartbeat.” says Didiza.
“During this time of COVID and the recovery now underway, clients are looking for “business doctors” that can diagnose problems and identify the fastest route back to health. That requires a deep dive into data analytics to pull out trends and opportunities that management often misses. For example, many companies are shocked to find out why certain product lines fail to make money, while other more profitable lines go neglected. With the intensive use of technology, we have cut the time to diagnose and prescribe an impressive tech-enhanced solution more than tenfold,” adds Didiza.
However, Didiza says that there are challenges that Didiserv faces as businesses are looking for accounting practitioners that can steer them out of the mess created by the lockdown.
“The only challenges we face is convincing new clients how to transition from the old traditional accounting they have been used to, to this new, tech-driven way of doing accounting which ensures data is kept accurate 100% of the time.
We help clients to turn cloud accounting into a productivity engine for their business. We help our clients set realistic and achievable goals for their business and we walk with them every step of the way. We do not want failing businesses among our clients. We want all our clients to be successful, and we show them how they can do that.”
Didiza says as an accountant one has to draw a very clear picture for the client.
“You cannot present clients with a set of financial statements and do their tax filings and expect that your job is done. You need to show them how they can do better. As an accountant, you have to draw a very clear picture for the client but, just as importantly, show them a way to navigate their way out of a tough situation.”
